First We Will ‘Link’’..
Once you officially become a Lottie, we will schedule a date and time to meet. This initial meeting will include a Q&A screening to ensure the program is a good fit, answer your questions, discuss next steps tailored to your personal situation and living goals, and lastly, complete the required form signatures.
..Then We Will Find Your Lot!
We will review the program policies, lock in your home (“Lot”) placement, set up your payment agreement (including method and monthly due date of your choice), and finally begin to prepare your new home for your arrival!
We are happy to provide additional copies of forms, business cards, or flyers at your request!
