Caters to older adults who need affordable community-based living.
Monthly rent is determined based on current market rent rates*, utilities, and what our residents can afford.
*Rates typically vary from $750-$900 per personLocations
Our homes will always be in close proximity to grocery stores, hospitals, and public transportation as well.

Our homes will always be easily accessible including both single-story and/or first floor units or homes.
